Build and app that plays videos

when the app starts, a full size black screen, when I click the mouse anywhere in the screen it plays a video randomly from a specific folder, after the video ends black screen again. if nothing is clicked within a specific time (ex. 5 minutes) a specific video plays.
I want the app to start as soon I start the windows, if i click by keyboard a shortcut (ex. ALT+shift+f6) the app closes/options screen appear.
The cursor is hidden (during the black screen & videos)
* have the option of enable/disable the playing of the video if nothing is clicked
*when playing the video, hide any options (ex: pause,forward,stop,,)
