Build a website for a dynamic live streaming platform

Require a developer for my new business. It is a live streaming platform where users will be able to sign up and stream any content within DMCA in their channels.

Require a developer with previous experience in building these types of dynamic sites with links to previous work. Must speak english well.

Preference will be given to a developer who has experience in wowza media servers and with a wowza perpetual license and a license in a jwplayer, but not necesssary.

Require a html5 compatible video player

Website design has been mostly completed on my part currently(about 75%). Few remaining webpages will only require a website builder. Designs are drawn by us but input/criticism is most welcome. If a website builder is not in your team, that is fine, we can finish the website design through another freelancer before we get started.

support/bug fixes will be required upon completion of the project.

We will be talking to every freelancer who bids and will send a copy of the project development that lists the features required for this site.
