Business reporting tool for Excel 2010 and 2013

I need a Excel Tool to follow up on my employees Work. I have made a project plan for the annual auditor proces for some Companies that we will do the accounting and auditing process - for each Company there are a proces with deadlines and employees that are responsible:
I was thinking of a Tool that:
1) Is Integrated into Excel and the spreadsheet where the plan are stored
2) A separate sheet with the plan (see attached example)
3) A mapping table
4) A sheet with the business report
5) There should be a menu in Excel with diffent functions (see sheet with the business report)
6) The performance should be great of generating the report
7) It should be possible to add tasks to the project plan or change colums and then add this to the mapping table
8) The report should be made in a nice layout/nice graphical business look
9) There should be nothing installed to run the report (if possible)
10) Programmed in VBA or like.
Any other Ideas?
