Convert .asp site to .php

Our actual website is written in .asp. It is of course hosted on a Microsoft server. There is about 40 pages written in .asp, included cron jobs pages.
We have to host this website on a classic Apache server, so we need our website is written in .php.
We need you convert the .asp needed* pages of our actual website to .php one and place the entire website on a fresh Apache server. You have to test it: all must work fine like now.
The Apache server has already a MySQL database-ready with all the data copied from the MySQL database original website .
(*) The new Apache server options allow maybe to simplify what the .asp page are doing (cron jobs, sending e-mails,…).
