Correct my httaccess file so that my urls are prettier ;)

I have just setup a website [login to view URL]

I have tried the to solve this by reading similar question from others, but I still do not get it to work properly. I am using opencart.com. When I view individual product page It comes correctly like:

/purple-sleeve-sweater

/blue-sleeve-sweater

etc.

however when I am looking at all the products under a page I get

/[login to view URL]

and also my contact page and blog come out like this

/[login to view URL]

but i could like it to be

/contact us

/blog

and my blog post come out like this

/[login to view URL]

and yet all individual products come out correctly.

In the attach document is my htacceess file.

I need someone to fix this so that my site will have prettyfied urls, and not code urls like this: "/[login to view URL]"

my pages should be

[login to view URL]

etc.
