Developing an online form (a series of questions), including:
Post, Edit, Update data collected from the form,
Required three types of roles and their functionalities, including:
• Registered user who sign up, sign in, complete an online form, forgot password, reset password;
• Super admin with all rights, add/delete registered users, add/delete admin users, add/edit/delete any forms submitted by Registered users, print forms, assign/re-assign forms to admin users; and
• Admin user with functions to sign-up, sign-in, forgot password, reset password, view list of submitted forms, assign form to self, cancel assign form, view/edit/print forms
Payment facility to collect charges from registered users (no storing card details of registered users, simply redirecting to external payment platform. E.g. Paypal)
Print responses collected from the online form on to a PDF
Admin page for Super admin and Admin users
Log in/sing – up page for Registered users
