SCOPE OF WORK:
Digital entry Bin, that could be accessed via a scan of QR code, and
attached to our website
Upon a scan, the customer should be able to enter customized
information such as ,
● Name,
● Phone Number,
● Email Address
Transaction Number. (Room for more fields as per promotion
requirements)
● Customer also upload a copy of the receipt With there entry
All this information needs a DB of which we could have some
Customized reports out as and when needed.
Customer should get an email notification once they have entered into
the entry (SMTP service) or a (Text Message if possible)
Every promotion needs to be unique so we could control the start and
End Date
System should have entry limit during any promotion.
system should have future development capabilities.
End of promotion, System is able to decide a winner with either use of
AI or Algorithm system.
Our team has agreed upon the following security features for this platform system:
• Cloud infrastructure: This Product will be based on the cloud-based infrastructure.
Website and application will have a backup in the cloud. The negotiations with clients
will be carried out in order to have a cloud-based backup available for the website.
