I am trying to create library of template asset including javascripts, HTML and CSS and want to include dominate color lazy loader script. Something that help me speed up my workflow. Having said that I like the script the ability to automate generate small GIF/SVG file and attach to the <img ></img> and or <div style="background-image="..."></div>.
Base on research memory the technology behind dominate color lazy loader I assume it can be done with Javascript or PHP or both?
