Extra Features Needed for POS Software

I am looking to purchase a POS (point of sale) component for Joomla/Virtuemart however I need some extra features and the software vendor isn't very helpful!
The software in question is [url removed, login to view] and I am looking for a developer who can tel me that can add some features to this existing software. The features I am wanting are:
1. To be able to add part payments on checkout of the sale
2. To integrate virtuemarts custom fields (including my own custom built custom fields plugin) into the POS software
3. To add the ability to change the order status and notify the customer of that change in the order list section
4. To integrate a booking system joomla component I am using
There will probably be some more features needed whilst testing and a few changes to me actual website but these are the main points.
