Improvement needed for an application which involves: 2 Native apps, Website for business and Website for Admin C-Panel which they are all linked to each other.

The whole application is a POS system (Point of Sale system). This application is only used in the UK and we require an app developer to improve, add new features and upgrade our existing apps for Android and Apple and for our website.
Nothing is needed to be made from scratch apart from adverts and marketing medias. We currently have version 1 of our apps and require version 2 upgrade.
