Looking for telegram bottdo add members from group A to group B

Please clarify are you an admin of these groups? If not, will need to write custom software like telegram-client. Also please clarify that this is group, not channel. because of only admins could see channels users.

I have already a solution for this but its in form of a google chrome group and some server side script in PHP/MySQL. Works well with any number of groups and extracts users upto 10000 recent users from each group. Le 更多
