I looking for web developer

Hi I need a script made in in Laravel 5.5, Vue.js SPA. I have attached the different sections that will be need. Eventually I will need a app connected to the script. I would prefer to hire someone who can build mobile apps as well

THe app must incorporate the ability to pay via paypal and Stripe. The ability to email the user and the ability to integrate with the user's Google Calendar

The script will allow a user to sign up for a membership to have tasks done for team. Once they sign up a staff member will receive the task and work on it. Within the script they can make updates and send email and statuses to the user.
