Program to import orders from cs-cart

Hi there,

I have cs cart multistore

And need program

To download orders from cs-cart each stores and if update shipping details then program need to update on cs-cart

Program requirement:

-- Program need to connect with cs-cart API to fetch and update orders

-- Codeignator framework

-- Clean coding without third-party API unless I approved

-- No encrypted coding

-- My SQL & PHP7+

-- Each store Should need to integrate cs cart from user panel
