Punchout catalog for e-virginia needed on the ariba network

Laserserv is a company that specializes in toner cartridges and parts and service for printers, copiers, and fax machines. We are registered with a purchasing system called e-virginia that is used by state agencies in order to complete orders. We are in search of someone to create and possibly manage a punch-out catalog for the e-virginia system on the ariba network. This catalog uses cXML script and allows for purchase orders and transactions to be sent directly to us. It also allows for suppliers to view pricing and part information without having to enter it into fields. Invoices are also sent directly to the customer using this catalog.
