I would like to get a freelancer to help me create a Traffic Management System which will work to help the traffic department in combating road accidents, absconding traffic offenders, motor vehicle offenses, parking offenses, expired licenses and many more.
The System must have:
Admin Panel (Settings and all rights)
Traffic Officer panel (issues tickets or view information)
Traffic Department Panel (to enter offenses or view information)
Court Panel or Portal (for issuing warrant of arrests or confirm and edit offenses)
Driver/Car owner Portal (to view offenses or pay fines)
The system must have a motor-vehicle plate number identification scanner
The system must a driver's license barcode scanner
It will be an advantage to have a payment gateway system
User can register themselves to view their offenses
Traffic Officer to be added by the department (Admin)
User can add their cars on the system to view offenses.
