We have a doctor waitlist site built with CodeIgniter. We gather phone numbers as part of the registration process. The phone numbers are stored in a SQL Database so it's easy to retrieve.
We want to know if can create an Alert system, where but the third person registered gets notified to come in or return to the office automatically AND allow the receptionist to push a button to send a preprogrammed the text. “ Hello, there is an alert that you are next in line…..”
We want to use Amazon SNS and are open to other suggestions.

I've done a lot of work using SNS for my current company, setting up automatically alerts to relevant people based on what is happening in the system. I work with AWS SDK quite a bit and think I would be a good fit for 更多
