Wordpress Plugin Experts Required for Woo Commerce Plugin

We are looking for expert level companies (no individuals please) to create us a WORDPRESS PLUGIN The requirement is pretty well defined as we are trying to use industry standard WOO COMMERCE PLUGIN & need to following modifications:
- custom product search
- add multiple fields into the product defined in woo commerce

Selected company will be uploading and testing the complete plugin (multiple times) on multiple woo commerce installed sites.
Companies who are already experience in creating plugins for wordpress will only be considered. Will need several phone calls communication with an assignment of project manager for this project.
