eBay Purchase History Export

Build an application (ideally desktop based - ex. python) than can be executed to export eBay Purchase (buyer) History via eBay APIs to database and CSV.
Ideally would have items listed by orders (and multi item orders grouped by orders) and display the following (but not limited to):
- Total Cost of Order (item prices + shipping + tax)
-- Individual Item prices
-- Shipping Cost (listed separately)
-- Tax (listed separately)
- Link to item image (and download item image)
- Item Name
- Order Date
- Order Number
- Seller
Should be able to take in options such as date range or date to start the export as well as have an option to export data since last export.
