Port desktop trading software to web application

We need to redesign and port a desktop java based application used for trading to web application with enhanced features. The application is highly data intensive, therefore will require to have good session and cache management. The application need to be highly reliable and crash free. We expect very high quality of code with good documentation and comments inside code. All the related documents (including user manual) for existing application will be provided by us. Good knowledge of server side technologies is expected to complete this project. The developing team will have to deliver the code also.
We will evaluate the applicants based on their code samples quality and past experience in building large and scalable solutions.
PS: Noida based teams will be preferred, as they may need to visit our office before finalizing the project.
