Unity-compatible OCR plugin

OCR for Unity:

What we are after is a unity-compatible plugin which can read from the camera on a mobile phone and find if there is text there and then be able to recognize what characters exists.

It currently exists a library that is called OpenCV which, in theory, can do this. It also exists a few unity plugins that states it can handle this, but after lots of testing we concluded that those do not meet our requirement.

What is needed here is that the plugin must be able to;

- Work in Unity.

- Must be able to read from the active camera.

- Detect and recognize text.

The plugin must be compatible with Unity as well as Windows.

It is ok if the plugin required to be dependent on OpenCV or any other open source library.
