My website requires a form to be built using the Cost calculator wordpress form already purchased [login to view URL]
I require the developer to create the detailed form including logic and pricing along with pictures, I will provide the text.
The form requires understanding of the JS pseudo code to enter logic and conditions for the pricing calculator form.
The form requires logic where based on a number qty will need to output a number of hours calculated as information to the client. Eg 2 qty equals 1.5 hours, 4 qty equals 3 hours and so on with mutiple combinations
The form will have several questions and multiple options which will produce a variety of options.
The developer needs to develop this form within an offline page with my wordpress and once fully test and operational copy to a live page to replace my existing custom form. This means the developer will need to redirect the current quote form to the new cost calculator form once ready.

The project requires 4-5 forms created, the questions are similar in each form so there is crossover so you can create one form and then modify to suit
Each form will have around 8 -10questions with several more answers applicable. The questions are in the form of a dropdown menu, sliding unit counter, checkbox question
