Make a plugin Wordpress Multisite compatible

Hi, we're running a plugin on a multisite but is not compatible with it.
The plugin is this: [login to view URL]
It adds a payment gateway to Woocommerce.
The issue is that, on sub-sites we get an error like "Woocommerce is not properly installed" but we think that its because plugin activation is not re-run everytime a multisite is created.
Can you help us? We tried installed Proper Network Activation plugin but nothing happens.
