竞赛简介

The aluminium panel system needs to forms a load ring that is so strong, that no further inside reinforcements or aditional stiffening is needed in the equipment compartment.
Solution need to save every centimeter of space and every gram of weight that can be optimally utilized.
system should be without welded joints, no glue seam, no clamping profiles and no protruding screws.
The complete superstructure must be mounted on the chassis frame and insensitive to torsion. Edge protection needs to minimizes the risk of injuries.
The aluminium panel system needs to guarantee a level of quality that clearly exceeds steel or fiber
material superstructures.
Beside design of solution engineer should provide list of materials selected.
Manufacturer of profile product portfolio
System should be cheap for purchasing and should have required safety certificates.
Beside requested it should be modular for different vehcile type and solution
