I have attached the CAD file from the architect. I need a colour 3D image of what the property will look like when it has been completed.
The purpose is to illustrate the completed property for potential buyers.
2007 CAD file also now attached.

Sir, please wait atleast 9 hours from now as u said 12 hours earlier, i m working & for great quality work Computer take every rendering atleat 2-3 hours of time,...so please wait atleast 9 hours of time from now,..& also it wont effect your other contest if you open.

Hi! Do you need just a 3d image of the Animal boarding facility? Or are you looking for something more aerial where not only the facility can be seen but also the existing dwelling and church as well. If it is just the animal facility I can upload my entry tomorrow! Thanks!

i am getting the lower version of autocad and will post it shortly. i am still learning how freelancer works. i have paid for some web scraping services and am now using the freelancer on multiple jobs. check the comments made and his track record on freelancer, he has been using it much longer than i have. so will use this service and am still trying to work out all its various functions. if i find the right person to do this work for me, it will be repeat work

Yes I only need one 3D scene to be drawn, but it can be done from a few different elevations. I have other 3d drawings to be done for other properties, and this is just a test on a small project so that I can a good freelancer that I can keep using. Have a look at my online ratings - I have given repeat work to another freelancer whose work I like. So if you are good at using CAD and preparing colour 3D images, then we will use your services for repeat business. Thank you for your interest in our project.

This is a project that requires good modeling and rendering skills a good number of hours for creating a good quality 3d Rendition of your image . May be its better to hire a expert guy with proper skills by opening a project rather than a contest. and you might want to reconsider the budjet as well. But anyways best of luck with the contest
