Realistic Humanoid Design for Customer Service

I am looking for a North America engineering firm, or a team of USA based skilled professionals (less preferable) to create a human-like humanoid prototype to be used in a service environment (e.g. hotel, government service centers like DMV, bank, schools, residential property management, etc...).
Key Functions / features:
- Greeting Guests: The humanoid should be programmed to warmly greet customers upon arrival (speaking English and Chinese Mandarin, with the ability to expand to other languages).
- Providing Instructions / Directions and Assistance: The robot needs to be able to assist customers by providing them with accurate instructions / directions, and any other assistance they might require.
- Carrying Small Luggage: The humanoid should be equipped with the physical capabilities to carry guests' small luggage (e.g. less than 10kg, open for suggestion), operate elevators, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in experience.
- The humanoid should be between 1.50m-1.7m tall, has human like skins, has pleasant expression (smile, giggle, laughter, etc…), and can walk like humans.
- Whomever pays for this development will own ALL the IPR’s.
- Since the paying Customer intends to mass produce the humanoid in China, the design should not use any components / technology that the US government doesn’t allow to be exported to China.
- The paying Customer has budgeted millions of US$ for this project.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in humanoid robot development
- Experience in programming interactive robots for customer service
- Knowledge of mechatronics for building a physical prototype
- Understanding of aforementioned environments where the humanoid will be deployed (e.g. hotel operations and customer service. Tasks for other areas like government service centers like DMV, bank, schools, residential property management can be jointly defined later).
The successful candidates should be able to design and manufacture a prototype that can perform these functions effectively within a 6-month timeframe. This is a challenging yet exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of customer service in multiple areas.
