Hi Everyone, I need an architectural site plan, provided in a .pdf format.

Needs to be illustrated with landscaping and site coloring. Bidders MUST present a sample of other architectural work to be considered. Bidders should know how to shadow buildings and render site plans.

I'm looking for a stylized watercolor-type illustration. See the 3D view attached. I will provide additional PDF and/or CAD files of the existing siteplan.
