1) Customize SmartJobBoard job detail page to let employer have their own look for as seem on SEEK:

2) Hide Job Requirements textfield in Post Job page:

-Hide Job Requirements in Job Detail page
3) Add textfield for Posted till date + Ref. no on Post Job page and Job Detail page
4) Make existing map smaller and shown on Job Detail page instead of click the existing View Map link
5) Add max 5 'Recommendation : Jobs Like This'. + Show more...
6) Add max 5 'Jobs You Viewed' by using cookies, + clear cookies link and checkbox in front of the jobs. + Save selected jobs function
-Ask a question is existing 'Send Private Message'

Rearrange and customize as seem on attached pic.
- ADD ajax 'Add notes' just like freelancer.com on their bids on the job detail page
Let employer have their own design template or look.
Employer upload their graphics for use in top, middle,bottom or left and right column.
Pics can be used as background img or just show there.
Employer choose a format whether have left column, right column or only top,middle,bottom.
