I need someone to doing some pieces of coding for a page that will ultimately do the following:
- User Logs in (I already have this working)
- Based on Username, the facility information is pulled from the database (I already have this working)
- The user will select which facility the want to work with (NEED)
- Based on user selection, this will build a page based on exsiting entries in database (NEED)
- User needs to be able to edit those entries or add new ones. (NEED)
I already have a the user login, and form working where the user can submit their information. The main piece I don't have is pulling the existing data and editing it if necessary.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This is based on a Windows 2000 system, using SQL Server database.
