Convert MT4 indicator from MySQl to SQLite

Using a provided indicator that works with MySQL, create a similar indicator in MQ4 that will work with SQLite.

The indicator will open a database table, close it, extract data from it, update the table, and create a simple table if one is not present. Creating a simple table is not in the current indicator but will be required for the delivered indicator.

The SQLite database/table will not be password protected.

## Deliverables

The indicator source code must be well documented using meaningful variable names. Clarity is preferred over complexity.

The current SQLite .dll should be used unless there is some reason not to and should be delivered with the finished package ([login to view URL])

The SQLite .dll must be located in the \Program Files\<Metatrader>\experts\libraries folder so that a fully-qualified name is not required by the indicator.

The table will only have three string/text columns: NewAction (0 or 1), Trade (up to 250 characters), ActionTime (up to 18 characters).

Any limitations or failure conditions that would limit or crash the indicator need to be documented.
