A Simple C/C++ Program

I need a small C/C++ program. The details of what this C/C++ program needs to do is in the attached file. However, there is a catch to this. You might be able to make this program and make it work, but it might not work at the same time as it needs to. One thing will be required is that you visit [login to view URL] and create yourself a free account. You must submit your code to the online judge and make sure it works there. Just submit there and it will tell you if it worked or didn't. For you to get paid the program must be accepted by the online judge. Each program on this site seem very simple and do-able, but there is always a catch to them, something they are not telling you. So you have to watch out for it. You can read the details there as well. I will be posting more like this, so if you can do this one, then chances are I will pick you again for the following ones. The attached pdf file is also located on the website. Some of you might know this well if you have ever heard ACM. If you need help somewhere please ask and i might be able to tell you what is wrong, but no guarantees thats why I am putting this up for bid. Thank you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
