C++ method to parse/calc math formulas

This is a fun little function that interprets a very limited language for computing values, gets base data off of the database, and then performs the calculation.

Create a C++ method that can both be called within other C programs or by a PHP script. This method performs two primary functions:

1) It parses and understands the "Computed Stats Language" defined on the attached zip file.

2) It performs the calculation specified by both querying one MySQL table and by performing the required calculation.

**Complete specifications are attached** along with a table of data to use in testing.

In addition to source code, you MUST also provide:

-Makefile and shell program source for calling and building this program as a standalone operation for test purposes.

-A simple PHP script with a few hard coded calculations that demonstrates the use of this function in a PHP web environment.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

A) A Php Script demonstrating the code in a web environment

B) C calling function demonstrating the code as a direct call from a bash command prompt

C) Makefile for compiling the program

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
