Changes/Problems with site

I need the following changes to my site [[url removed, login to view]][1] .
1) My page "complimentary listing... for sale by owner' page is down and I need for that to be repaired.
2) Also, the blue colors on the left side of the page are jumbled looking on the same page.
3) I would like the font size of the top left menu to be increased. The wording is very small.
4) I would like to add some client testimonials to the site. This can be done on the "About Me" page. The "contact me" section on that page can be removed and testimonials added.
5) I would like to remove the mailing address of my office on
the contact information on the left side of the pages. I want it to say "Raleigh, NC" only.
6) On the search for homes form, if someone tries to move ahead without entering their name and/or email address a
box pops up that says "Enter Your Name!" or "Enter your Email address!". I would like the "!" Removed. I want the prompts to read "Please Enter Your Name" and "Please Enter Your Email".
7) I would like the font on the pages changed to "Georgian"
8) When you click "Search for Homes" you are taken to a page with free buyer and seller reports. There is a broken link to "9 critical buyers mistakes". I would like this link repaired.
9) At top of the search for homes form, I want to change the text. I want it to say: This page will allow you to search ALL area listings. Please enter your name and email and I will update you when properties that fit your needs become available. If you would like for me to call you then please
enter your phone number. Your phone number isn't necessary, however, to access available properties.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
