Create Online Parts Store Demo

I need to create an online parts store with several thousand machinery parts. I am looking for a programmer or programmers that can create a demo for me with only 18 items, one exploded view diagram, and if I like the demo the programmer will have the option on bidding on the full site. Most of the items are of an exploded view diagram of parts, see attachment. I would like for the programmer to take the exploded view and modify each part so when the user hovers their mouse over the item it becomes highlighted and shows the part#, description and price. Then if the shopper wants to buy the product they will click and drag the part they want into a shopping cart on the right hand side of the screen. On the left hand side of the screen they will have a series of questions, that narrows till they get to the diagram they want. For example. Year -> Make -> Model. I would prefer the database to be in MySql and the store to be in PHP, but am open to using any technology that is available to do this so as it will run on any pc that has IE5 or above on it. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
