Creating a settings page within a website

I want to create a personal settings page for my website that allows users to decide in what currencies they want to view data. The link to the page will appear on a page once the user has logged in. Then the page itself will allow the user to choose to see data in its original currency, in which case no changes to the files will be made. However, they can choose to view the data also entirely in US dollars, in which case code within the corresponding files (in this case two files) will multiple all the corresponding data by the most recent conversion figure contained within a database. Additionally, there will be another sub-option to convert another few figures to something called "ADR's". This will require multiplying, if selected, certain pieces of data and dividing certain pieces of data respectively. In terms of writing this into the files, it will function very much like the currency conversion and perhaps be even a bit easier.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
