Custom view to phpBB site

I need to create a different view/organization of the [url removed, login to view] for my phpBB site.

To support this change some changes needs to be done in some admin pages of the phpBB and on some more phpBB site pages as well.

Also some changes on the phpBB database need to be performed.

Finally, there is also the need for some knowledge about using video players and facebook javascript publishing framework. However, I will give you the video player to use with almost all the examples needed to work with it.

I will give you the steps needed to be implemented in order to achieve the project requirements. However, I'm hoping that you can give some feedback about my technical design, because I may be missing something, or maybe you know a better way to achieve the same results with less effort.

Total project budget: 250 euros + 50 euros (bonus)

Proposed Milestone scheduling

• Milestone1: Acceptance of the project: 50 euros

• Milestone2: Delivery of the first version of the MOD (course details view): 100 euros

Release of first milestone payment.

• Milestone3: Testing (by me) and correction (by you) of the first version of the MOD (course details view)

Release of second milestone payment.

• Milestone4: Delivery of the second MOD version (with remaining changes): 100 euros

• Milestone5: Testing (by me) and correction (by you) of the second version of the MOD (course details view)

Release of third milestone payment

• If Project delivery on time: 50 euros BONUS

Release of Bonus payment.
