CMS overhaul plus a few other things

My site is in need of a few changes. While I am happy with the current CMS, the layout on all the pages is in need of some changes. I am looking to add an easy to update left sided menu bar that would basically display various poker rooms and what bonuses they are currently offering. I would want this menu bar to show up on every page in the site and be easily changed through the CMS.

The website also needs to be updated to run well in the newest versions of Firefox and IE, perhaps Chrome too.
