Backend automation and ecommerce integration

Please look at screen shots included in this posting. There are notes written on them. I beleive this project would require me to be open to taking advice on how to improve or add because of the unknown on my part. Two additional parts of the project are 1) ecommerce integration (probably paypal) and 2) I need two tours created. One with branding and one without.
I need to write the upload path to the database in the record for a submitted form.
Auto-create a downloadable zip file of images when the form is submitted.
Once this is created, the record will no longer show up in the “Tours List “ menu item.

hello. i propose a javascript/jQuery integration will do a lot of work on automating all this. including autogeneration of box numbers and coloring previous assigned boxes is your current backend in php ?
