This is what I need:
1) Add 4 fields to a database, include them in a form.
2) Create 3 simple reports, and make them accesible from the switchboard.
3) Fix 2 reports that do not work.

4) Negotiating sale

b) CP case potential for season
1) 0-100
2) 100-250
3) 250-500
4) 500-1000
5) 1,000+
c) Annual Potential per year
1) $0-1K
2) $1-10K
3) $10-50K
4) $50-100K
5) $100K+
d) Initial Contact made by
1) Daniel Alfaro
2) Jim Booman
3) Jake Rudnick
4) Rafael Villanueva
These fields need to be placed in the main form (the one that is accessed by the MAIN SWITCHBOARD under Enter/View contact).
I guess the default value should be 'Not available' for all 4 *new fields*

Create reports to sort database by
a) Annual potential per year
b) CP case potential for season
c) Prospect pipeline
These reports need to be accessed from the switchboard and be place under PREVIEW REPORTS
