Sync 3 databases between 2 computers.?

Computer #1: MSDE

Computer #2: MS SQL2000 & MS SQL2005Express

I just want to be able to synchronize less than 30 or 40 fields between the 3 databases.

It would be nice to automate the process.? I would also like to be able to map the fields.
