We require a parcel tracking system to be developed that will allow clients to log a request for documents to be collected, the destination of these documents are based on the information captured when the client requests the documents to be collected(+-3000docs a day from 35 clients) and for those documents to be tracked every step through the processes until they reach their destination, they then get signed by the person at the destination, and the signed documents then is returned to the original client that submitted the requests. The system will need to be able to handle bulk document request uploads via excel,(the information uploaded includes, what type of document , the address destination, the id number, name), and information captured during the courier process includes every step, received, processed dispatched, singed date by client, when returned to depo, processing of signed document and return to client. It also will need a billing and reporting component.
Basically exactly like a normal parcel courier system, except it’s for documents, and we will need to capture some info onto the system that is written on the documents as it goes through the process.
We are on a pretty tight timeline, looking to roll it out within 30 days
