ColdFusion Programmer Needed

We are seeking a ColdFusion programmer with a minimum of 5+ years professional experience building complex, dynamic applications. We really want someone who can focus on the code and NOT a jack of all trades. The ideal candidate will have an extensive portfolio of work that includes website applications for content management, advanced search and directory technology. We are a very stable, progressive company ??" so be prepared to be asked some hard questions by other CF experts.

We have a great GUI guy and really need someone who can work in a team to quickly create complex applications. You will start part-time and work from home under the guidance of our Director of Product Development. Must be able to start immediately and available for at least 10-15 hours a week. Knowledge of CSS and XHTML preferred. O.C/L.A area a plus, but not required.

Also, I cannot stress how important it is that you LOVE being a programmer and can still communicate with other human beings.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
