(I will add special attribute "APPROVED" to every product/category etc which only special account will have access to change. Only APPROVED items appear on the public website).

1 week to create/approve design with you
1 week to convert design into html/css and integrate it with php
2 weeks for all php/mysql coding
I'll escrow 100% in the beginning and then will break up the fund according the price of the mod.
The time will very important in this site... No delay will be acceptable... Delay with more than 10 days after the quoted time will be penalised with $25, next 5 days delay another $25 and any delay after that will result in cancellation of the project and no futher fund will be transfered to you.
