This project involves the design of a website. Required is a conceptual design in .PSD format (or other graphic format, please specify).

We intend to accept more than 1 bid.

All that is required from you, is one (1) single conceptual design.

We will not ask you to re-design, or make significant changes.

If we choose to use your design, we will make a new private bid request for any additional requests we may have.

The website is for a small starting company, whose business will be to bring people together: people who give workshops, with people who want to attend a workshop, with suitable locations for the workshops.

These workshops are "alternative" / spiritual; for example: yoga, reiki, meditation, etc.

The companyname is Baarda*Bemiddeling*

Purpose of this website:

1. to make the company known with people who give workshops, and people who are interested to participate in workshops.

2. To inform those people of upcoming events and opportunities

3. To inspire those people to contact the company.

There is an image of a tree, which the client would like to see used in the design; this image is attached.

## Deliverables

**As said, delivery in .PSD (photoshop) format including used fonts is required. If you wish to deliver in another format, please say so in your bid comment.**

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Since that description is related to this same website, this may have created confusion with you.

I apologise for this. The attached ZIP file is now removed, the image file is attached as an image.
