Building Database

We are working on a web-page for our company Global Media [url removed, login to view] hasn't been uploaded yet because we're looking for a company that has a fast server to host the [url removed, login to view] of our communication will probably be thru phone and email contact at first.

We're looking for someone who is proficient at setting up a server [url removed, login to view] we would like is for an individual to be able to upload audio and video clips (Maybe 10 audio clips at 2 min. each and 2 video clips at 1 min).After this info is uploaded the information needs to go into a database for the public to view and [url removed, login to view] have about 15 different categories and within each category will be [url removed, login to view] want the end user to be able to use our submission form and choose which category they want their information to go into and then receive confirmation when everything uploads as [url removed, login to view]'re also looking to have these items setup in a shopping cart to be purchased by others on the site.

We would like this information, from different individuals, to appear in maybe some template so when someone goes to the site they can see the different types of items that they can purchase in each category.

## Deliverables

1) Database setup and ready to use with all subcategories and submission form

2) Shopping cart for items to be sold after they are uploaded by end user

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3)Would also like to have email setup so that each time an item is sold, an email goes out to the buyer,the individual who uploaded their material and Global Media Market service administrator

4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

We created the page using Microsoft FrontPage 2002 and Windows XP and plan on uploading the site this week so bidders can see what we have so far....
