Code repair of my mysql on 2 auction sites

Long story short. I can no longer avail myself of the person who programmed my 2 auction sites. I am in the process of switching hosts, but before I can do this someone keeps getting into my cpanel to both of these sites without my persmission(even though I have changed the passwords 4 times) and I start getting these types of error messages on my category pages(not all of them, but enough to disrupt):

The error string goes on to 203.

I need help in correcting these warning messages, then learning how to back up my 2 auction sites, so if this happens again before I can switch off to a new host, I will be able to upload the correct sites. Can anyone help?

## Deliverables
