I need examples of C# .NET 2003 code to do the following.

1. Populate a data grid from a stored procedure call using ODBC. Have the ability to hide particular columns in the grid even thought the return data has them.

2. Have two cells in the grid clickable, and populate a child grid on another tab by calling another stored proc, passing the details of all the cells in the row clicked on the initial grid passed into the stored proc

3. Format the data grid to auto adjust its size of the column width, and row height based on the content that is passed back.

4. Make certain cells in the grid change their back ground color by the content that is passed in.

5. Make a combination of combo box selections pass parameters into a stored proc, get results and populate a list box.

6. Make a selection of a list box pass parameters into a stored proc and return data to another list box triggered on a click.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
