Seeking Graphics design (including logo) of 3 websites. The basic layout of the page has already been defined. The work, therefore, will essentially be developing a logo, colour scheme, adding header, then replacing the present existing poor graphics.
These sites are designed to be Search Engine friendly and so some SEO-specific rules will be required e.g. titles are in text, not graphics. A good example of SEO-friendly template is: <[url removed, login to view]> -- notice H1 is in text and integrated into header, left nav is text etc. (main text area needs work though)
We will provide mini-briefs for each site, plus an short brief on SEO factors to consider when designing these pages. Existing templates will also be provided.

## Deliverables
1) We can accept design as graphics (.psd etc.), or as graphics then .html templates (based on our templates). We'd prefer the 2nd but will accept the first from a "design genius".
2) 1 main design for each site (slight modification of up to 4 2nd level pages e.g. section specific pages)
3) Design will go through this process:
i) initial design made on first site -- 3 different styles are presented.
ii) feedback from client on "best one" and changes to be made
iii) designer presents updated version
iv) client makes small changes
v) final version agreed and final work sent
4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

(Existing templates are in .jsp, but coding only requires knowlege of hand coding simple HTML)
