This project is a HTML multi-language corporate website with e-commerce application. Main features:

Menu for fixed HTML:

- About us (simple page with pictures and links to [url removed, login to view]);

- Industrial resources (sub-menu with 3 individual pages);

- Products (sub-menu with about 20 individual pages, 1 for each product, similar to <[url removed, login to view]>);

- Online shop (using Oscommerce);

- News (using Wordpress application);

- Contacts;

We have created a new a logo that will be provided; We also provide all the texts and photos to use on the website;

We don’t want any flash presentations and must have a Web 2.0 style (<[url removed, login to view]>);

5 languages: Portuguese, English, French, German and Spanish;

The e-commerce feature must be based on [url removed, login to view] platform (exemple: [[url removed, login to view]][1]); We will provide the functional setup (products, payment terms, etc); This menu entry must have an appearance similar to fixed HTML site;

The pages must be editable with FrontPage or other free/open source tool;

All the project will hosted on [url removed, login to view];

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
