XLM to XHTML Conversion For RSS Feed to Slow Also Has Some Error

I have a SEO tools RSS feed of a directory of 115 tools. I have a PHP XML to XHTML converstion file that grabs the XML feed and converts it to XHTML code. There is also a [url removed, login to view] so the presentation is in CSS. This works just fine on my own website where the mySQL db is (the RSS feed is db to XML). But when I place it on another site it is slow and I get the following error. "Warning: main(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in [file name] on line 416" I need this code to be checked over by some one that is experienced with RSS feeds and to make sure it is optimized. Also to see where this error is coming from and to do what needs to be done to speed it up. I am looking to fix this ASAP so I need some one that has time to work on it right away. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
