i am manager of medical services company in usa. i need 2 designs for my site each design has the following:
1- one main page for the front page (this page will include news, comment about each section of the site and some other notes for new visitors)
2- internal page design (that will be a template for a program generates the site for us)
3-each page has an ads banner on top and some ads boxes on any other place
4-i don' have a picture for our logo [login to view URL] it is round with red borders with a man wearing a suit in the middle catching the round logo again
Important & Urgent: i need at least one design front page withen days so if you like to bid please send me one sample to be able to convince my team to apporove on using a service like rentacoder...
i surfed many sites looking for many designs and found some many good designs..like you may take them as an example:

but they don't offer a service for making a unique design for our site and i also don't know how to edit thier template.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
